With Online Coaching, you will be getting a customized training program specifically for your goal (fat loss, muscle building, powerlifting, contest prep, and/or postural distortion), macronutrient and cardio recommendation, weekly check ins, 24/7 Q&A via email, bi-weekly circumference measurements, monthly progress photos, form check via videos, support/accountability, and overall me doing all the backbone work and letting the client/athlete carry out the rest.
The goal is to make sure each client is learning during the process to make sure they are developing a skill set for fitness and nutrition.
